It's possible to allocate a bandwidth quantity for a VPN connection, because I have some problems to connecting and managing devices when have many users connected to the gateway.

  • You can only reserve bandwidth on an uplink (traffic leaving an Interface).  You must limit other traffic to "reserve" inbound bandwidth.  For example, if your ISP supplies you with 30Mbps and you want to reserve 2Mbps for your IPsec VPN connection, use two Download Throttling rules, in order:

    1. Limit 'Internet -> IPsec -> External (Address)' to 1000 Mbps
    2. Limit 'Internet -> Any -> External (Address)' to 28Mbps.
