SIP Device Registration Fails

I am registering two sip phones internally to an IPPbx and the PBX does not recite the registration request. I have enables DNAT Rules to forward port 5060 to the proper IP Address Also Enabled voip services under network protection. I tested Xlite on a PC to register an extension and it registers fine to port 5060. These phones are on the same network/subnet. Not sure where else to look? Any assistance would be appreciated.

If the pbx server its outside, try the firewall rules for nat traversal

Not to mention does your SIP config files specify the "permit" option for a specific subnet only? That'll be an issue if you're registering from a different subnet than the one the PBX is on

What other ports do your sip phones use, you might need to add a rule to allow them out if they are not standard ports.

I allowed my VoIP phones to send any port out to overcome the issue you are describing. I have two VoIP phones from different companies.

I have a DNAT for the incoming calls.
