Can't get portforwarding to work for Minecraft server

Hello everyone,

I am trying to host a Minecraft server and I feel as if I have tried everything and you all are my last resort. I have No-IP as a DNS and have even set that up through Sophos however, no matter what I do nothing seems to work. Here is what I have so far.

    I do not have DHCP enabled on the router, but I do have NAT enabled on both the router and firewall. I should probably try turning NAT off on the router, do you have yours turned off and have your UTM doing the natting? Last time I disabled it, I couldn't access the router but since then I have wiped the router and started all over again and it has fixed a lot of issues. If you have it disabled, I will give that a go.
