Can't get portforwarding to work for Minecraft server

Hello everyone,

I am trying to host a Minecraft server and I feel as if I have tried everything and you all are my last resort. I have No-IP as a DNS and have even set that up through Sophos however, no matter what I do nothing seems to work. Here is what I have so far.

    Oh wow... Such a noobie mistake. I will change the address and report back to you. I didn't think about that, glad you pointed it out. The weird thing is, it works just fine on my wireless router's firewall when using port forwarding. Any ideas?
