3CX SIP NAT Rules

Has anybody successfully setup a 3CX SIP behind a Sophos UTM? I either get a huge delay when calling to the Voip numbers or if I change my NAT rules I can remove the delay and then not get an audio and all the Firewall test on the 3CX system fail.

Any help is appreciated.

    TCF, first, check the Intrusion Prevention log to see if the UTM thinks the VoIP traffic is UDP Flooding.  Was that a problem?  When you make the proper exceptions, does your original configuration work?

    Did you ever figure out how to fix this issue?  I have 3CX and am not able to get inbound traffic working.  I can make a call from a handset to an outside number, but the handset never has ring tone and the outside number does ring.  When you answer the outside number I get sound from inside to outside, but outside to inside audio doesn't work.  Our main number states it's not in service.

    This thread is kind of old, but I just installed 3CX the other day and ran into the same problem. After some fiddling, I found that the issue was caused by activating VoIP support on the VoIP (Network Protection -> VoIP).

    Hope this will help someone saving some time!
