Deny network permission for a client

Hello,

i would like to add a client into my network. And the only permission this client should get, is a connection to the internet. The internal network permission should not be allowed. 
In the attached screenshot you will find my network rules, but it doesn`t as it should.

    If Scott's suggestion is the one you needed, you might be interested in a document I maintain, 'Configure HTTP Proxy for a Network of Guests'.  If you would like me to send you this, click on my name beside the Cyrano avatar and send me an email requesting it.  I also have a version auf Deutsch translated by fellow member hallowach when he and I did a major revision two years ago.
