Deny network permission for a client

Hello,

i would like to add a client into my network. And the only permission this client should get, is a connection to the internet. The internal network permission should not be allowed.
In the attached screenshot you will find my network rules, but it doesn`t as it should.

First thing I see is that the rule is not enabled. Second thing, if any of the traffic is being allowed via proxy (like web filtering), you would need to create your block in the proxy.

Note if they are connecting directly to your LAN switch, no firewall can filter their LAN traffic.
