Qos mbit/s or kbit/s ???

Hello, Reading the QOS Guide from here and also Reading QOS Section under "Help" it should be kbit/s for bandwith on interfaces that have to be set correctly for QOS.

But if i go QOS > Status i see that all the interfaces have Default 1024 mbit/s 

So it is correct that if a have an 50mbit/s down and 6mbit/s up on My WAN Interface i do select it like on my picture?

    Every time I've been involved with complaints about voice quality over VoIP, it was either Anti-DoS UDP Flooding or a misconfiguration by the VoIP provider.  Check #1 in Rulz.  Any luck?

    This troubles where there before i installed Sophos sg 230 Cluster, it´s just comes sometimes i suggest when there is much traffic, that VoIP calls get disconnected for no Reason. So the customer want me to try QOS. 

    i will se if that helps. Do i have to reserve 2mbit/s for Download direction to? or Upload will be enough?

     I  recommend using the auto QOS on all interfaces though as it does a very good job at making sure that if something is hogging your download it will slice up room needed for other traffic.  This in conjunction with the other qos you are working with should fix your issue barring a configuration or hardware problem.

    thank for the advice. so you mean i shouldn´t reserve some bandwith for Voip Traffic at all? or should i use Automatic QOS together with Reserving some Bandwith for VoiP traffic?
