Vodafone Suresignal

I have a UTM 120 recently deployed....all working great apart from the suresignal box which simply won't work. Can anyone help?

  • Tom, I suspect that this device "calls home" instead of waiting for traffic to arrive.  In that case, no DNAT is used, only Firewall Rules to allow the outbound traffic.  If you don't already have connectivity, then that's your issue.  I'm sure you already have DNS taken care of.

    Start with "VSS" = {internal IP of the device}, "VSS-N1" = 212.183.133.176/30, "VSS-N2" = 212.183.133.180/30 and "VSS-N3" = 212.183.131.128/26.  The services already are defined.

    VSS -> IPsec -> VSS-N1 & VSS-N3 : Allow
    VSS -> Ping & NTP -> VSS-N2 & VSS-N3 : Allow


    Any luck with that?  If not, then try #1 in Rulz.
