Vodafone Suresignal

I have a UTM 120 recently deployed....all working great apart from the suresignal box which simply won't work. Can anyone help?

  • So this Box is plugged into the internal Nework and gets an IP via DHCP?
    Accoding to a quick research I have done, you have to add some DNAT rules:
    123 UDP, 319 UDP, 3478 UDP, 500 UDP, 4500 UDP, all pointing to your SureSignal box.

    You should also check the IPS log (if enabled).
