    Hi ,

    Please try single scan and set to avira .
    Then try totally to disable scanning and check each change.
    Then revert back but leave only single scan and avira not Sophos .
    Then try with IPS disable.
    Look at the results.
    I am almost sure the IPS is the cause but please inform here what results you got in each test.

    I am using a cable modem, traffic is picking up now.
