New forum member here - is this the right place for this query? [:S]
A customer has a UTM9 firewall. VERY NICE... BUT - I need to punch a hole through so they can contact a government site on a particular port.
I'm logged in as Admin, but when I add a new Firewall Rule I get the Save and Cancel buttons, but no Sources, Services or Destinations tabs - just the sorting tabs: Group, Position etc.
The change log shows previous changes were made by the Admin account, so the permissions must be correct. What am I doing wrong.
The same situation applies if I try to edit a rule - there seem to be no 'action' buttons.
