Assistance creating firewall rules on UTM 9 (IE9 problem)

New forum member here - is this the right place for this query? [:S]
A customer has a UTM9 firewall. VERY NICE... BUT - I need to punch a hole through so they can contact a government site on a particular port.

I'm logged in as Admin, but when I add a new Firewall Rule I get the Save and Cancel buttons, but no Sources, Services or Destinations tabs - just the sorting tabs: Group, Position etc.
The change log shows previous changes were made by the Admin account, so the permissions must be correct. What am I doing wrong.
The same situation applies if I try to edit a rule - there seem to be no 'action' buttons.

Well - I answered my own question - and didn't expect THIS answer. I.E.9 was the culprit. I downloaded Firefox and the UTM9 console worked perfectly.
5 minutes to do what I wanted to do, and 1.5 hours to get an environment that worked.
Oh - the manual is a good read... perhaps it should encourage the use of Firefox!
