Problems with high Packet loss and jitter

I have the Home edition 8.306 and get a jitter of 8.4 ms and a 10.4% packet loss. Can someone please help me to troubleshoot this issue?

    I have the same problem

    here is my ifconfig forr WAN interface
    UP POINTOPOINT RUNNING NOARP MULTICAST  MTU:1492  Metric:1
              RX packets:5925559 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0
              TX packets:4361355 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0
              collisions:0 txqueuelen:3

    any help Barry
