Unable to Connect FTP Server

Hi Im new to this forum, I have an ASG 120, which i have configured recently to allow all FTP traffic. The FTP Proxy is disabled. I am able to FTP to many servers without any hassle. I am getting "Connection Timed out, could not connect to server" for this particular FTP server : 217.168.20.10

If i bypass the astaro unit, my system is able to connect to FTP to this server.

Please help me on this.

    Same request as above: please post the lines from the Firewall log file (not the live log) where that IP is found
