I have a 16 Mbit / 1 Mbit Adsl line. I've setup this pool (as it can been seen on the screenshots) and put a rule at the top that allows Skype to consume all that upload bandwith.
Unfortunately friends I talk to via Skype complain about a bad quality.
There's an almost constant outbound file transfer (mirroring backups), that's obviously the reason for the thin line. But shouldn't the above mentioned rule compensate for that?
