QOS setting

I would like to turn on QOS but do not know what interface to enable. Do I enable the external (WAN) interface of the internal (LAN) interface?

    1. I guess you have DSL line, so try to enable "Limit Uplink"
    2. a good idea would be to leave some overhead and lower the bar in about 5%, so instead 15300, try 14600.
    3. Make sure that there is nothing enable in the "Bandwidth Pools" (select "External" and see).
