Bug in auto QoS?

If I enable Download Equalizer on an interface my throughput crashes from near wire speed down to 55KB /sec...

It should be doing 10mbit and does so if I disable the Download Equalizer.

    There are three check boxes on each interface for QoS:

    Limit uplink
    Download Equalizer
    Upload Optimizer

    Is the connection dropping an issue only for the inbound traffic?
    Should the other two boxes remain checked?
