Bug in auto QoS?

If I enable Download Equalizer on an interface my throughput crashes from near wire speed down to 55KB /sec...

It should be doing 10mbit and does so if I disable the Download Equalizer.

download optimizer nukes whatever connection has used the most bandwidth whenever another connection fires up. It's a flawed logic with flawed execution. I wouldn't use it.

There are three check boxes on each interface for QoS:

Limit uplink
Download Equalizer
Upload Optimizer

Is the connection dropping an issue only for the inbound traffic?
Should the other two boxes remain checked?

leave the download optimizer off. The other two i would check yes.
