Like William says, regulating traffic to the Internet is done with bandwidth pools on the External interface. Regulating traffic from the Internet is done on the Internal interface.
Danodemano's example above will now work, as I explained in modified post #3. In the "Kids Outbound" bandwidth pool, the "Kids Inbound" traffic selector is not effective and can/should be un-checked. Same for the "Kids Outbound" selector in the "Kids Inbound" pool.

Like William says, regulating traffic to the Internet is done with bandwidth pools on the External interface. Regulating traffic from the Internet is done on the Internal interface.
Please adjust 'Total available up(down)link bandwidth' for External(WAN) to your real bandwidth.
In bandwidth pool for 'Internal' use only the traffic selector 2.
Thank you very much for your help.I have changed the configuration (Bandwith = real bandwith / Internal = only the traffic selector 2). But unfortunately I have still the same problem. Everthing is working on the LAN. But if I try in another Network (DMZ) unfortunately the Upload is still affected from the LAN Rule (Qos Upload).
I'm getting crazy :-) What I do wrong? Is the selector not correct?
Thank you very much for your help.
Cheers
