New Pattern 12410

For me its ok. Updated several customer.
No IPS and/or ClamAV problems.

My system is not downloading the latest pattern. I'm still at 12409 and the last check was 1 minute ago. I still have to disable the proxy (and thus bypassing virusscan).

Configure your proxy from dual to single scan (also in profiles if configured).
Then enable the proxy and the box will get updated.
Enable dual scan again after you have at least pattern 12410.

Did that but doesn't work. More than half an hour further and still at 12409.

Proxy is enabled, single scan.

Your ASG will only download and install patterns for licensed and enabled systems, you will need to have IPS and dual-scan AV active to get the ;atest patterns for IPS and Clam AV.

Hi Jack,

they both are enabled, but still no go. The log clearly states that there's some connection problem, I assume it doesn't give this error message when it doesn't need to update because the features aren't enabled?
