i have some questions about understanding voip security on the topic of astarao gateway v7.501.
I made the following attitudes :
VoIP Security - SIP
- SIP Server ( my sip Provider ) sipgate.de
- SIP Client ( my internal test network )
Network Security
Packet Filter
STUN Server of my sip Provider ( sipgate.de ) port 10000
and thats it
so after enable voip security, i saw in my log connection to the stun server (successfull) but nothing about rtp sessions to sip provider, so i think, there was made some implide rules by astaro gateway itselft..thtas right ?
next step, i disabled voip security...and now i saw connections to my sip provider on port udp/5060
hmm now my question...wat did i wrong...?
I am not sure, which also must be configured on the gateway and which must still supplement mine client.
