port forwarding not working

Hi all,

Device: ASG120, firmware 7.003

I am trying to forward WAN ports 5900, 5988, and 3283 to a host machine on our LAN. I created a static DHCP map for that host, which is working correctly. I then created a Service Definition Group containing those three service ports. Finally, I created a packet filter rule:

Allow "External WAN (network)" -> host

using the service group. However, I am unable to contact the host machine on those ports from outside the LAN. Connections work fine inside the LAN. Any suggestions?

I can't make out what the screenshot says, it's too blurry.

But make sure you have created an appropriate DNAT rule and also the corresponding Packet Filter rule. It sounds like you've done one, but not the other.
