Mewbee question to Full NAT

Hello,

newbee not mewbee!

I am testing around with full NAT V7003:

- Site to Site VPN.
- Internal Server wants to connect to remote server 192.168.1.200
- Internal Server should not be visible with its original IP. It should
  be visible with an adress out of the standard VPN pool: 10.242.4.10.

Could anybody help me with full nat?
