All packets are being dropped.

The only rule I have set up is Internal (Network) --> Any Service --> Any Network. All packets going out are being dropped. Any suggestions?

Hi,

Did you also created a Nat rule. You have to Masquerading your private ip adres. Or you can use Proxy.

Ok. I got the masquerading set up, and can access the internet. The problem now is that the internet is incredibly slow, close to dial up speeds. It takes 3 minutes to load up google. What could be the issue?

Can you check your Internet options in IE (Automatically detect settings) or network settings in FireFox (direct access to Internet) maybe that will help?

The slow Internet problem may be caused by excessive packet drop. This can be caused by a number of different problems, but the first items that I would suspect is the Ethernet cards and cables.
