pinging wan port and disabling ping

I have 2 problems here. First off, any time i try to ping my WAN ip address (69.x.x.4) from within the local network, it is replying from one of my workstations. Here is the output so there is no confusion:
Pinging 69.x.x.4 with 32 bytes of data:

Reply from 192.168.x.102: bytes=32 time

Do you have DNAT rules forwarding to the .102 address?

touche. U nailed it. I had a DNAT to my pc, but forgot to set the service. It was at ::no mathc:: which means any. Looks like that was causing my outside to reply also. DOTE!!! [:$]
