I have 2 problems here. First off, any time i try to ping my WAN ip address (69.x.x.4) from within the local network, it is replying from one of my workstations. Here is the output so there is no confusion:
Pinging 69.x.x.4 with 32 bytes of data:
Reply from 192.168.x.102: bytes=32 time
