what´s that?

hi folks,

i´ve enabled the DHCP Server with Static Mappings. If i define a outgoing rule, than it´s not possible to connect to the allowed port.
for example:
 my mac xx-xx-xx-xx-xx-xx 
static mapping:  xx-xx-xx-xx-xx-xx - ip 192.168.x.x
->definitions -> network new host = ip 192.168.x.x name= y
than a packetfilter rule y ->irc -> any -> allow

but it doesn´t work

what´s going on there?
any idea?
