kazza upload QoS

How can I limit upload speed for kazaa? My adsl is 128 tx. I whant that one ip upload kazaa service at 32 kbits.

Is this posible? Thanks.

U can do that the easy way in kazaa.

Yes, I can do it in my kazaa, but not in other computers. My question is how can I do it in astaro?
