Yes, I can do it in my kazaa, but not in other computers. My question is how can I do it in astaro? 

In definitions/services ad :

Name -----  Protocol ----  S-Port/Client ---  D-Port/Server  
Kazaa ----- tcp/udp ------ 1024:65535 -------- 1214 

In Network/Interfaces set the external card to :

QoS Status: ------------------------------------ON
Link BW (kbits):--------------------------------128
Reserved unshaped Bandwidth (kbits) :---0
MTU Size: -------------------------------------- ****

**** Depending on your connection 1500 max!
SEI -------- : 1500 Byte
PPPoA-DSL : 1460 Byte

Then in QoS ad :

From (Client) ----------- Service --- To (Server) --- Weight ----- Borrow  
Internal_Network__ --- Kazaa -------- Any --------- low ----- dont borrow   (It wont borrow bandwidth from others)
Internal_Network__ --- Any ---------- Any ---------- high ------ borrow  (It can borrow bandwidth from others)

Low is worth 1
medium is worth 2
high is worth 3

so of 128, 96-128 on all, and 0-32 on kazaa!
This I think should work!

That is if u do not have a 3[:D] nic (DMZ) in your ASL box
