Can't access firewall from browser:(

HI,

Sorry if someone already asked this question before.

I'm using Astaro 3.2. I tried to access it via a browser by using
https://x.x.1.1. I remembered I could get to the login screen once but after that when I try to access the firewall through my browser I'm getting a DNS Server error message. I couldn't get to the login screen as before? 

Is there anyway I can access to the firewall through the browser? I also tried to access via the console but it complained my password is incorrect? How do I reset this password if I have to? I inhereted this environment from my predecessor and his configuration is not standard at all[:(]

    Katchme, can you even ping this server? If so, reset the password by stopping the bootloader to get to console. Once you have found your way to console, you can login as single user and change the root password.
