Message from firewall about No PSD-WATCH running

Hi Thomas, 

psd-watch is the programm which monitors the portscan detection logfile and send an email notification if a portscan is detected.

To make sure this programm is always running, it is monitored by our selfmonitoring daemon wich starts it if it isn't running.

psd-watch has no impact with the smtp proxy, except it uses the MTA do send email.
