I was using edge as I am accessing from a vm and was too lazy to install another browser ended up downloading firefox and it worked. Thanks a ton!

Thank you for the update! I'm glad that your issue is resolved now. 

I experienced this issue in the past, and it turned out to be a browser issue. I think the browser was trying to open the file instead of downloading it. I was not able to find that setting, but yes, it worked with other browsers. :)
