statuscode 500 bloqued side par sophos UTM

Hello,

As of today, it is impossible to access the partners.cahpp.fr site that we host, whether from my network or from outside

DNS resolution is done and we can ping the site.

Sophos returns me this error

  • Salut Sophie,

However, access to url="https://partenaires.cahpp.fr/bibliotheques_JS/jquery.ui.widget.js" was blocked with statuscode="504" - the 50x codes are an indication that your webserver doesn't like anti-virus scanning.  If making a Web Filtering Exception for AV scanning doesn't resolve this, add a DNS Host object for partenaires.cahpp.fr to the Transparent Mode Skiplist on the 'Misc' tab of 'Web Filtering'.

    Tout marche bien maintenant ?

    Cheers - Bob

  • Thanks for your help and answers.

a sophos antivirus error message appeared on the server hosting the site in question.

After a restart of the server everything is back to normal. the problem seemed to come from the sophos antivirus.
