Can't view log files

I've got a UTM425 running version 9.211-3.  Under Logging and Reporting, when I click View Log Files the request times out after 03 seconds with the message asking if I want to cancel the request or not.  If I continue I get the same result.  I've tried to View Log Files using both Chrome and IE.  If anyone has a suggestion as to how to solve the problem I'd be grateful to hear it.
