Voucher

Hi everybody,

I create a wifi hotspot, and add vouchers to use in this hotspot, everything works fine, vouchers are accepted etc, everything is OK.

But I am front of one doubt, I try founding in the Web Protection report the reporting about the sites surfed by this voucher but I cannot found.

Is vouchers not logged in the reports ?

Also I checked in the Log Files / Hotspots and the log is 0 bytes.

Hi BAlfson, how are you ?

I create one voucher with a valid period of 1 day and time quota of 24 hours, I usage this voucher today but I cannot see any log in the Web Protection Logs..

In the live log of hotspot as below its possible see the correctly login of the voucher..

2015:01:29-12:59:41 utmcmsp hshttpd[7351]: portal="REF_HotPorHotstTest" user="asfww354sd" mac="e0:59:5b:61:24:e8" ip="192.168.13.14" comment="Test" action="login"
2015:01:29-13:01:28 utmcmsp hshttpd[7351]: portal="REF_HotPorHotstTest" user="asfww354sd" mac="64:b3:10:06:e6[:D]1" ip="192.168.13.34" comment="Test" action="login"

This voucher is not reach the expire period yet may be the logs will be show only when its finish ?

Or any other configuration is neede ?

The test voucher (1 day / 24hs quota) used and expired but no logs of voucher surfing logs are found in the Web Protection Logs..
