Mark, make the voucher have a time quota, and then you should get a list of the IP/Users depending on how you have configured the Hotspot.

I create one voucher with a valid period of 1 day and time quota of 24 hours, I usage this voucher today but I cannot see any log in the Web Protection Logs..

In the live log of hotspot as below its possible see the correctly login of the voucher..

This voucher is not reach the expire period yet may be the logs will be show only when its finish ?

Or any other configuration is neede ?

The test voucher (1 day / 24hs quota) used and expired but no logs of voucher surfing logs are found in the Web Protection Logs..

it is not possible to log users by voucher. You need backend authentication on wi-fi to associate user --> web traffic.

Hi lferrara, thank you by your update It come in good time, I cannot believe that it is not possible or I cant believe that Sophos team forgot to put logs in the voucher.

Sophos log everything in their UTM but forgot to log the most unsecure user that is the user that came from voucher..

I dont know why sophos do these mistakes, in the past the quality team put more care in the box :-(

I hope the sophos team solve this problem ASAP because its keep unbeliveble.
