Slow WAN speed of UTM120 at remote branch

Hello everyone,
first of all: I know the 120 is slow and only good for slow connections [:)]
(although I wonder why the Sophos Sizing Guides tells otherwise [;)] )

Now to my problem:
I have several 120s deployed for remote offices. Mostly there are 10MBit/s SDSL connections and the 120 is able to get full speed on this.

I have one branch though, that is maxed at 4 MBit/s. According to a network engineer on-site direct connection (notebook at the SDSL-line) gives 10+ MBit/s

At first I thought a duplex mismatch might be the reason, but auto-neg is turned on and 100MBit/s Full is selected (still have to check with the provider for the other side of the connection, but I'd assume a match)

The slow speed also occurs on the console of the UTM

Any ideas what might be the reason? CPU load etc. is minimal
