Separate Wireless Network with limited bandwidth

On my network I've the following:

UTM
   |
   v
Switch HP Procurve --> Sophos AP15 (Brigde to LAN) 192.168.10.0/24
   |
   v
                  Sophos AP30 (Bridge to LAN) 192.168.10.0/24

On the two AP's I would like to create another SSID for guests and create separate networks (ex: 172.16.1.0/24) but also would like to limit the bandwidth for this guest networks, how can I achieve this?

To limit bandwidth, you may use the 'separate zone' client traffic type and configure QoS on the UTM.

Keep in mind though, 'separate zone' traffic is terminated at the UTM (dedicated virtual interface), not bridged to the AP LAN.

Regarding the "separate zone" I already was comfortable about implementing that, the limit bandwidth do you know any post or guide about implementing this?

A 'separate zone' creates an interface at the UTM that can be shaped via QoS like any other interface. Easiest is to shape at interface-level, "outbound" / "upload" is the direction AP -> Clients, which is the one you probably want. First, configure the max available bandwidth for the interface under 'advanced', then configure QoS.
