Can't ssh to UTM home firewall

My UTM home firewall won't accept my userID and password. I'm getting Permission denied, please try again

I have tried both user admin and root and with the password I have set under Management-System Settings-Shell access-Shell user password-Password for user root.

I'm also getting the same error when I try a new user I have setup and changed the password under "Password for user loginuser"

I'm suing Allow password authentication
