How to stop quarantine e-mails to users

Hello all,

Newbie here. I have searched on Google and attempted to search on thsi site but I cannot seem to be able to stop quarantine emails being sent to users for the POP3 protection in UTM 9

The emails are now replacing the spam emails and becoming spam themselves!

    Have you already configured the Quarantine Report as scorpionking suggests?  SK, I think the "spam" email is standard behavior if POP3 doesn't have Prefetch enabled.

    Several years ago, frickler gave a great summary of POP3 settings.  That's not stated that clearly in the Help.
