How to stop quarantine e-mails to users

Hello all,

Newbie here. I have searched on Google and attempted to search on thsi site but I cannot seem to be able to stop quarantine emails being sent to users for the POP3 protection in UTM 9

The emails are now replacing the spam emails and becoming spam themselves!

    Quarantinre reports should be sent 2 time a day at maximum. You can define this in the Quarantine Report section in Mail Protection.

    If you get a quarantine report for every mail that is quarantined, there is something wrong.
    Can you provide a screenshot of such a quarantine mail?
