If you go with the reasonably priced dyndns option there's no changing on anything..otherwise you will have to change the system's hostname to match the new dyndns name and also re-download all ssl packages for remote clients(if you aren't using html vpn exclusively)..otherwise nothing else will get changed.

FWIW, namecheap is ~$10 per domain registration/year , including dynamic DNS with unlimited subdomains.
Depending on how many domains you need, this may be cheaper, and is more flexible IMO.
