Not getting Exec Report emails

I am running Sophos UTM home edition 9.200-11 and have exec reports set to email me a daily report. The system has been up for over 5 days and I have not seen a report generated as of yet. Have I missed something in my config?

    I'm adding a note here: we discovered a bug, where if the SMTP ("smarthost") password for reports has a "§"-paragraph sign, the reports are never sent. Removing the "§" immediately fixed the problem. Seems to be some interpreter stumbling upon it.
