WAN interface: Link state is Error

Hello everyone
I recently deployed a new ASG120 to a branch and it says Error at Link state on the dash board.

Everything was fine at the headquarters where I set it up.

Static IPs where used on both sites.

Any ideas what might be the reason? Or where to search for it?

PS: provider says everything is ok on their side [;)] of course [:D]

    Sorry for the late answer:

    Issue was self-solved some time ago:

    What the Sophos Support didn't see is that Uplink Monitoring showed device to be offline (due to the ISP blocking the automatic mode monitoring)
    Switching to manual mode or kicking the ISP helped [;)]
