Got a small niggling issue, I've got my Sophos 425 UTM 9 online, up and running, but I'm having a problem with email notifications i.e. I'm not getting them to my Company domain email account: administrator@mycompany.com
However, when I put in my hotmail account (as a test) I was able to receive notifications from the device, what's going on?
Now, before someone says "ahh, it's your exchange server" - it's not, and I know this because I can successfully send internal emails, extenal emails and receive external emails, so the SMTP connector is behaving normally
Also, I've also set up other devices on my network to send notifications to Administrator, such as SAN, UPS, Spiceworks, Backup Exec, and these notifications are received successfully
I tried setting up a brand new email account from my domain "test@mycompany.com" just to see what happened, nothing, emails weren't being received from the UTM
Utterly confused, it's not a massive issue, but it's one of those ones that I'd like to get resolved [[:)]]
