[9.104-17][BUG] Unable to update IP via FreeDNS

Hello, 

I tried to configure my FreeDNS account in my astaro box. But it seems as if it doesn't work. 
This is what the GUI says: 
DynDNS status is: An update attempt is in progress.

DynDNS modified: Thu Jan 1 01:00:00 1970


And this is what the logfiles say: 
2013:07:01-19:07:41 Iceman ddclient[8857]: WARNING:  file /var/cache/ddclient/ddclient.cache, line 3: Invalid Value for keyword 'ip' = ''

2013:07:01-19:07:42 Iceman ddclient[8857]: FAILED:   Could not get freedns update URLs from freedns.afraid.org


It's the same as here: https://community.sophos.com/products/unified-threat-management/astaroorg/f/68/t/61672

I double-checked the settings and my username and password. 

How can I get this to work?
I am running a software appliance with 9.102-8

    Hi,
    iirc, the "Invalid Value for keyword 'ip' = '' " message may be a red herring; I believe I've seen it on my working configuration for NameCheap.

    Are you using "ip of local interface - external"?

    Make sure whatever you've put in the 'hostname' field has a matching 'A' record in FreeDNS.
    If you're setting dns for your domain, without a subdomain, you need to use '@' for the hostname in the UTM.

    If it's still not working, please post a screenshot of the configuration. Obscure you domain if necessary, but please leave enough so we can see if there's a subdomain, etc.

    There's no such option with FreeDNS in the astaro settings.

    The sceenshots show the settings within FreeDNS and Sophos.
    The IP address is still the old/wrong one.

    If you're a home user, you'll have to hope someone from Sophos sees it here, or you could report it during the next beta.

    Does not appear to be fixed in 9.103-5.

    I'm getting the same error as Razorblade.  It appears that interface/IP box is missing.  

    Anyone got a quick fix from the console?
