Notification Email is not coming

Dear Team,

The notification email has stopped suddenly.
I'm using the ASTARO as a SMTP server.
I have tried generate the Email by SSH from ASTARO and its generating fine.

Seems like ASTARO is not triggering the notification ...

Any clue

    The issue has been resolved , I had booked the complain to sophos.

    below is the answer

    Hello ,

    There was a mismatch with the postfix permissions.
    So we have set the correct permissions and now it works again.
