Notification Email is not coming

Dear Team,

The notification email has stopped suddenly.
I'm using the ASTARO as a SMTP server.
I have tried generate the Email by SSH from ASTARO and its generating fine.

Seems like ASTARO is not triggering the notification ...

Any clue

    None of my clients has this problem, and, as you can see from googling, it's not a common problem.  You definitely should get Support to look at it.  I would try three, different things, in order:
    • Make a new backup.  Restore a backup from before the problem started.  If that doesn't fix the problem, restore the last backup you made.
    • Reboot.
    • Copy off several backups, reload from ISO and restore

    If you want to save your logs,  you can do an upgrade to V9, but I wouldn't upgrade to 9.1 yet - stop at 9.006-5.

    Please let us know the final resolution.
