It seems that the Dyn DNS functionality does not work.
Per ususal, my Comcast ip address changed and per usual, I lost all email functionality due to the fact that they were being sent to someone else's IP address.
Per usual, I had to manually change my ip address at DynDNS.com once I found the service interruption. There were no alerts or anything else from the Astaro Gateway. The DynDNS entry in the gateway suggests that all is working great. NOT! The time of the previous update showed yesterday. Daily updates are not adequate if that's what's going on. Of course there is no indication as to how often this is updated [if it's working properly].
Searching this forum I see lots of German language complaints about this but I don't read German so I don't see any resolution or description of the problem.
